Requests Are Not Confirmed Appointments
Submitting a request does not guarantee service acceptance, a specific appointment time, pickup availability, completion date, diagnosis, estimate, or repair outcome. Garrett's Garage reviews each request before scheduling.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, vehicle, location, and service information. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay review, estimates, scheduling, or service.
Pickup And Dropoff
Pickup service, if offered, may depend on distance, schedule, staffing, vehicle condition, and customer confirmation. Pickup details should be confirmed directly before any vehicle is moved.
Diagnostics And Estimates
Initial online information may not be enough to determine final diagnosis, parts, labor, price, or timeline. Estimates may change after inspection or additional findings.
Vehicle Photos And Completed Work
Photos submitted with a request or taken during service may be used to document the repair and, unless the customer asks us not to, may be featured in Garrett's Garage completed-work portfolio or business marketing. We will avoid displaying license plates, VINs, customer names, contact details, or other identifying information. Customers may withdraw permission for future promotional use by contacting us.
