Supabase authentication uses cookies or similar storage to keep users signed in, protect sessions, and support account security. Hosting and security providers may process request information or set short-lived security data needed to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Disabling these technologies may prevent account, appointment, or security features from working correctly.
Preferences And Session Storage
The website uses local or session storage to remember settings and temporary workflow information. Examples include light or dark mode, whether an account tutorial has been completed, a return location after sign-in, and a VIN temporarily passed from the scanner to a form. This information generally remains in your browser until it expires, is cleared by the feature, or you clear browser data.
Analytics
Vercel Web Analytics measures public-page visits and Speed Insights measures loading performance. Vercel's analytics service is designed to provide aggregate measurements without third-party analytics cookies. Garrett's Garage also records limited events in a private Supabase report, such as appointment submissions and clicks to call, text, or email. Those event records exclude form contents, names, contact details, VINs, and repair descriptions. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from analytics page URLs.
Security And Third-Party Features
Cloudflare Turnstile uses device and network signals needed to identify automated traffic and protect sign-in, signup, and password features. Google sign-in, address lookup, VIN tools, embedded links, and other third-party features may receive information needed to provide the feature you choose to use and may apply their own cookies or storage under their policies.
Your Choices
You can review, block, or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and may affect other site functions. The site does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, this policy and any required controls will be updated.
