By using the website, creating an account, or submitting a request, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any terms shown with a specific feature. Appointment requests are also governed by our Appointment Terms.
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and be authorized to request service for the vehicle involved. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and should notify us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.
You may use the website for lawful personal or business interactions with Garrett's Garage. You may not interfere with its operation, bypass security or access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, misuse another person's account, submit malicious files, scrape or automate requests in a disruptive manner, impersonate another person, or provide false or unauthorized information.
Website content is general educational and scheduling information, not a diagnosis, repair authorization, safety determination, warranty, or guaranteed quote. Vehicle symptoms can have multiple causes. Prices, service descriptions, parts availability, pickup availability, and timing remain subject to vehicle-specific review and direct confirmation. If a vehicle may be unsafe to drive, stop safely and seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance.
An online submission is a request, not a confirmed appointment or acceptance of work. We may contact you by the method you select and through account or appointment messaging. You are responsible for reviewing communications and confirming scheduling, scope, pricing, and authorization. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Garrett's Garage reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue service for any lawful reason. Reasons may include safety concerns, work outside our capabilities or available equipment, parts or scheduling limitations, an unsafe or inaccessible vehicle or location, inaccurate or withheld information, nonpayment, abusive or threatening conduct, or an inability to agree on the scope or terms of service. Any decision to decline service will be made in accordance with applicable anti-discrimination, accessibility, and consumer-protection laws.
If work has already begun, we will make reasonable efforts to explain the situation, protect the vehicle, and coordinate payment for authorized work and return or collection of the vehicle.
The website's design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other original content belong to Garrett's Garage or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view and use the website for its intended purpose, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit its content without permission.
The website relies on or links to third-party services, including authentication, hosting, email, mapping, analytics, security, vehicle-information, and social-media providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Garrett's Garage does not control third-party availability, content, or practices.
